Registration

All Fresh Check Days must be registered with the Jordan Porco Foundation. We typically encourage 3 months lead time between signing up and holding your event to allow for punctual completion of planning requirements and communications.

Due to the increasing demand for Fresh Check Day and the limited capacity of the Jordan Porco Foundation, there are currently strict capacity limits in place on free registrations (90 per semester).

If the free registration cap has been met, you can still register for Fresh Check Day for a program fee of $1000.

First Time Schools

All first time Fresh Check Day schools registering for events in Fall 2024 (Jul 1 – Dec 31) and later, regardless of capacity limits, will be subject to a program fee of $1000.

Once we process your registration, you’ll receive access to the online library of planning documents, including a full length Planning Manual and Booth Handbook. Your assigned Jordan Porco Foundation Program Coordinator will send periodic status report forms to be completed leading up to your event and serve as an available resource for all of your questions along the way.
