The fine print:
One winner will be selected each month using a randomizer application. All Fresh Check Day participants who enter between the first and last day of each month will be eligible for that month’s drawing. Exact prizes may vary and you can only win once.
Drawing winners will be contacted via Instagram DM and asked to provide an e-mail address for gift card delivery. Failure to provide an e-mail address will result in prize forfeiture.
By direct messaging @JordanPorcoFoundation a photo, the messenger gives the Jordan Porco Foundation permission to share that image publicly from their own account.
